As we are also a book publisher company, our entire staff was scheduled with different clients as we were working on full potential and some of our regular clients wanted their work to be urgently completed, that's why we reached out to expert book publisher to outsource some of the work to lighten up the burden on our team.

We completed half of their work and the remaining such as book cover design and few articles to be refined and completed was handed to expert book publisher. We had a contract in which they were assigned to complete the given task within 15-20 days and first we'll go through the entire work if it meets the standard then we'll pay them and I must say were really impressed by the quality of there service.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were in constant communication with the team lead that was aligned to take care of our task and supervise it. He was very professional and made sure that the quality was premium and met the standards which we agreed upon with them.

He also made sure that the work was done in the given time and there should be no delays as we were already late in completing the delivery. They made sure that the quality should be up to the mark and their work impressed our client as they didn't expected to be that good and thanks to them our client was strongly satisfied with us.

Their delivery was on time and the work would take up almost a month in general, but they did it within 15 days as it was our main concern and they delivered within the committed time. They respected our requirements and did all their efforts to meet the deadline, they assigned more peoples so that it can be completed on time without compromising the quality. The team lead which was assigned was so generous and polite that he took the responsibility with 100% dedication and was informing us at each stage which is very rare nowadays. Their team was fully dedicated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The dedication of their entire staff amazed me, as I wasn't expecting this at all, as we are direct competitors of each other. Nowadays it's natural that no one wants their competitor to succeed, but in this case it was entirely opposite, they worked on our task which was supposed to be done by our team as it was their client. The professionalism shown by them is very rare nowadays.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Expert Book Publishers could have done differently?

Although their quality is exceptional but at some points they can improve it and raise their standard to some extent. They are still using some old techniques or you can say methods for design, for that I must say they should upgrade the systems and use some new features such as artificial intelligence.

Our aim is to provide knowledge about what our ancestors have gone through and what was the situation and living standard back in 1700's. How different cultures were established back then and the trend that is still continued till now. That's why we approached Expert Book Publisher to write an online book for us and design a cover for that book.
