Exopla Studio is a small creative studio. We design digital products, websites and visual identities, and we build the systems that keep them running after launch: automations, integrations and internal tools.

Our Story

Giode started the studio with one idea: design should have someone behind it, and you should know who. Our mission is to be the studio clients choose because they can see how we think. Our values are three questions we ask before anything leaves the studio. Is this choice ours, and can we say why? Have we made the exact same thing for someone else? Is there a piece we built ourselves? A question changes the work. An adjective doesn't.

Call me Giode. Curious since I was a kid, I've always liked building things and finding new ways to make them. Now I lead every project at the studio. Off the clock: cinema, books, sport and anything to do with creativity and design.

One person, from scope to handoff

The person who scopes your project is the person who does it, and the one who answers when you write. Scope, price and weeks are agreed in writing before the first screen. Every published project credits the people who did the work, by name.

Commonly Asked Questions

Work is counted in weeks, not hours. A Process Sprint takes three, a Site Sprint four, a Product Sprint six. The number is in the written scope before anything starts, and it is the number we are held to.

Against the written scope we agreed before starting: what gets built, in what order, and what is explicitly out. If a phase moves, you hear it in the week it moves, not at handoff.

We use it where the work is structure, research, analysis, and our own delivery process. We do not use it where the work is taste: the palette, how a screen or a flow should work, the creative direction. For every phase we tell you which was which.

With three written questions before the first call. The first one is this: on the day the project is done, what should a person be able to do that they cannot do today? Then a call, then a written scope with the weeks and the price. If the problem is not clear yet, we start with a paid diagnosis or a Scoping Week, and its price comes off the sprint if you sign within 30 days.

Neither. Hourly billing pays whoever takes longer, so we price a fixed scope. And we work on two or three projects at a time, each with a start and an end. If you need someone available every day, a subscription with a dedicated designer will serve you better.
