I am Akash Shinde working as Marketing Manager for Spine Telecom.

We had hired Exellius systems for exhibiting lead generation campaign to meet our target audience and convert those leads into sales, which worked out effectively.

After beginning with a series of discovery meetings, they focused on the major drivers for our business and spoke to several key members of our team. They then came up with an advertising plan that included print and digital media efforts. They created business cards, email newsletters, and ads. Their team also currently runs our social media marketing efforts.

What was the team composition?

I've worked closely with the executives of the firm, and they've worked with our in-house creatives. Their marketing director leads most of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I'd like to use Slack to communicate more than email, since that is what my internal team is used to.
