They handled our TikTok Shop setup, product listings, video creatives, and ad campaigns to get the store up and running. Key deliverables included optimized listings, platform-style video content, ongoing ad management, and regular performance updates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started getting steady orders not long after going live. The ads picked up gradually, and the cost per conversion got better over time. It was a slow build, but the results came in.

They were organized overall — most things were shared on time, and they stayed in touch regularly. If something needed to be changed or fixed, they usually got on it pretty quickly.

Overall things went well, but a bit more clarity at the start around timelines and next steps would’ve made the process even smoother. Other than that, they were easy to work with and responsive throughout.
