I'm a director at Ocean Dermatology, a healthcare provider. We offer comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including advanced treatments for skin conditions and skin cancer, with a focus on patient-centered care and accessibility.

We needed help handling our large call volume on a daily basis.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Exclusively Remote provides call center services for us. The team schedules appointments, answers patient questions, and guides patients to the right internal resources. Exclusively Remote handles all incoming phone calls and either deals with them directly or refers them to the appropriate person.
