This included and end to end publishing solution starting from the complete production of the manuscript and professional polishing which involved detailed editing seamless book formatting and custom cover design this phase's key deliverables included the print ready manuscript and the polished e-book and print cover files. After production the focus shifted to worldwide publishing and distribution which involved setting the book up on all the major selling points assigning an ISBN and distributing it fully through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Ingram. The marketing and publicity plan finalized the scope of work and included a strategic rollout of digital ads, press releases and promotional content to optimize the initial visibility and sustain the book sales.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The successful outcomes of this project can be assessed in three different areas, sales reach and visibility.
The first indicator of our success in the volume of sales merited across all formats which include print digital and audiobook sold over the first ninety days after launch. This also means tracking our ranking is bestsellers particularly in the category rankings on Amazon and achieving national best seller status which was one of our objectives. Lastly we evaluate success on how far the market reached in the form of number of positive reviews and ratings as well as an increase in their author's social media and website traffic which all can be tied back to the book's marketing efforts.

Project execution was structured and efficient this was managed above all by the fact that they kept to all the deadlines and that they provided all the deliverables in good time to keep to the launch schedule.
