Excel Steel, until the retirement of one of the original partners late in 2005, was widely known as B&B Ornamental Iron Company.   We maintain the rich heritage of having been serving the north central Texas area for over 50 years.  At present, Excel Steel is a fourth generation family owned steel fabrication business  with our primary focus being fabrication of metal products for the multi-family construction industry.  

Having relocated our facility mid year of 2006 in to a modern office combination fabrication shop of some 28,000 sq ft, with state of the art fabrication equipment, and having on staff the expertise of some 100 years combined experience in metal work, we feel confident in our ability to make the bold statement that goes along with our name......."we Excel at everything we do"
