Since 1977, Excel Manufacturing has been providing customers with the best value for a quality product. Our family-owned business delivers exceptional customer service along with the finest in military and commercially-produced apparel. We also have full package services, beginning with our pattern makers and sample developmental team who have extensive experience with many government apparel products, including denim, corduroy, twill, and many other fabrics and silhouettes.

Our development department is continually finding ways to improve the way we do business in order to increase production flow. We use Accumark by Gerber software for pattern and marker making, and by using a progressive bundling system, we can keep work moving swiftly through the assembly lines. Excel Manufacturing also has its own machine shop, which enables us to make our own conversion kits for automatic pocket setters, clamping devices for single-needle programmable sewing machines, pneumatic flap-turning devices, or converting any of our existing equipment to meet production needs.
Established in El Paso, Texas, Excel Manufacturing is over 150 employees strong, with more than 62,000 square feet in our main facility, another 20,000 square-foot cutting facility, and an adjacent 30,000 square-foot warehouse.
