For my team at Decta, we closed 2 openings together with Evotym: an Event Marketing Lead and a Product Marketing Manager. In both cases we kicked-off with the strategic sessions to define the exact skills, experience, and personal qualities we expect from candidates.

For the Event Marketing Lead role, Evotym sourced candidates from their network, pre-screened them, and briefed me ahead of the interviews so I could focus on what mattered most. They brought to my attention a skilled professional based in Poland. Her skillset, experience, and culture fit allowed me to make an offer with no concerns. Even though the contract arrangement was different from what we normally use, Evotym coordinated it smoothly on their end.

For the Product Marketing Manager role, we were close to making an offer to a strong inbound applicant, but last-call Evotym's candidate was more prepared than anyone we'd seen before. We froze the process and made this no-regret decision.

Communication was clear and well coordinated. We were always aware of where are we at within every pipeline and what are the next steps. For each role, we had a dedicated recruiter who was proactively sourcing the candidates and keeping the process well-structured with fast intros, scheduled calls, and regular updates. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Event Marketing Lead role was filled within 23 days, and the Product Marketing Manager role was filled in 68 days. Both hires are still with us and performing well.

Everything was well-coordinated and on time, with a dedicated recruiter for each opening and regular updates about the hiring process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They didn't just try to fill the brief by sourcing candidates to present someone, they brought us candidates strong enough to change a decision we'd already nearly made. Great approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Evotym could have done differently?

One hire came with a non-standard contract structure, which took a bit of extra coordination to sort out. Evotym handled it well, but it's worth flagging for teams with less flexible HR setups.
