Evernet Systems Private Limited

Evernet Systems is a Singapore-headquartered IT company that runs managed IT for small and mid-sized businesses and helps them adopt AI on top of it.

Why we started
We were founded in 2014 for the businesses big IT firms overlook. Singapore's SMEs were growing fast, but IT was an afterthought until it broke and stopped the business. We set out to give SMEs IT that keeps up with their growth instead of blocking it.

From fixing things to preventing them
In our early years we did projects and repairs, and clients usually called after something had already gone wrong. Repair work pays more when systems fail; we wanted to be paid for the opposite. So we moved to managed services: one fixed monthly fee, proactive monitoring, and one team accountable for keeping the business running.

Tested on ourselves first
When generative AI arrived, we tested AI on our own operations first — about 40% automated by 2026, from ticket routing to reporting and client onboarding. Getting there took two years and some wrong turns, so our clients can use that experience without repeating our mistakes.

What we do today

• Managed IT: Microsoft 365 and Azure, cybersecurity and PDPA compliance support, network, backup and helpdesk
• AI adoption: a Virtual Chief AI Officer (VCAIO) for strategy and governance, Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts, and AI assistants and workflow automation

Today 70+ businesses are under our managed service, with 99% client retention (our client records). We are ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, and a Microsoft Solutions Partner
