What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Euristiq has delivered a working MVP faster than originally estimated and within a cost-efficient development process. They’ve completed the core platform architecture and major wealth management modules, giving us a functional product that’s ready for pilot onboarding, future data integrations, and continued SaaS development. The platform has also moved us from an early concept to a secure and scalable product with a clear path toward commercialization.

Although we haven’t formally tracked specific metrics, the MVP has been completed ahead of the original delivery estimate, which has reduced the overall development cost and allowed us to begin preparing for pilot onboarding sooner than expected. The scope of work included end-to-end involvement in the development and improvement of the identity verification platform. Euristiq performed technical stack selection, architecture engineering, and requirements elaboration. The team conducted UI/UX design reviews and delivered front-end and back-end development, mobile application development, and quality assurance. They designed and implemented APIs, including a custom API versioning solution, and re-architected the system to support scalable event-driven processing by migrating more than 18 microservices from SQS to Kafka. Additional work included service monitoring, logging, tracing, and event standardization, as well as a deep technical evaluation of three OCR providers through a Golang Proof-of-Concept, followed by detailed recommendations.

Under our old system, this would have likely led to timeouts or degraded user experience. Additionally, we would have appreciated a slightly longer runway for onboarding stakeholders who weren’t directly involved in the development process. A broader engagement phase post-launch might’ve helped with change management at the departmental level.

Euristiq approached the project holistically, taking the time to understand the nuances of the real estate market, as well as the operational complexities of managing mixed-use properties across different locations. The scope of their work spanned several key areas:

They began with a discovery and strategy phase, collaborating closely with our internal leadership and facilities management teams. Together, we mapped out the ideal user flows for both tenants and staff and identified integration points for various IoT devices, from smart locks to environmental sensors installed in our residential and hotel properties.

On the mobile development side, Euristiq designed and built a native mobile application that provided a seamless interface for property monitoring, tenant communication, maintenance requests, and access control. One standout moment was during an unexpected power fluctuation in one of our condo buildings our team was able to receive alerts through the app and resolve the issue before any tenants even noticed.

From there, they introduced a robust CI/CD pipeline that allowed our internal teams to ship code confidently, with new levels of speed and reliability. Internal teams reported that the new CI/CD workflows cut release times significantly, which helped us iterate on features that our users had been requesting for months. Our objective was to modernize and unify our approach to data and platform intelligence. We weren’t just looking for tech upgrades; we were looking for transformation. We needed to unlock meaningful insights from scattered data points across HR, project workflows, creative output metrics, and financial forecasting and we needed to do this without disrupting the day-to-day pace of two very different, yet equally dynamic, agencies.

Euristiq stepped into a very layered environment. Their scope included building a custom AI-powered analytics layer that could interface with our existing software stack and extract real-time insights tailored to the operational rhythms of both Davis and Bridgemark. One of the key deliverables was an intelligent platform that could monitor, analyze, and predict performance trends across agency projects from team allocation and budget adherence to campaign impact timelines.

Another component involved designing a modular data architecture that respected each agency’s unique approach while maintaining a shared intelligence backbone. They also implemented a set of machine learning models that allowed our HR and finance teams to better forecast workload capacity, hiring needs, and even burnout risk based on anonymized behavioral patterns across collaboration tools.

It revealed potential over-commitments that we might have otherwise missed giving us the foresight to adjust timelines and resourcing without compromising quality or relationships.
