Euristiq joined our team as an embedded AI-native development partner to help us build our platform from the ground up. Their engineers worked directly alongside our internal team, covering both the AI and platform engineering sides of the product. Key deliverables: • An AI-powered analysis engine using natural language processing to extract and evaluate incident-related information from diverse, unstructured sources • Automated mapping of findings to the correct IMDRF codes across all annexes • Support for multiple input types: structured data, scientific publications, incident reports, emails, call transcripts, and free-text entries • A real-time coding and reporting dashboard with filtering, sorting, and export functionality • Configurable analysis parameters supporting both manual input and automated ingestion from designated repositories • Architecture built to keep pace with continuous IMDRF terminology updates The engagement felt like a true extension of our own team rather than an external vendor relationship.

Euristiq has designed and developed a wealth management platform for a fintech company. The team has created the architecture, handled front- and backend development, and built a scalable cloud infrastructure.
Euristiq has delivered a functional MVP ahead of schedule, enabling the client to prepare for pilot onboarding. The team's solution has received positive feedback from advisors and demonstrated stable performance during testing. Euristiq's responsiveness and technical expertise have been remarkable.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Mozaiik Wealth Tech, a company that is building a secure wealth management platform that helps advisors organize complex family, entity, investment, insurance, estate, and financial planning information in one place.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Euristiq?
We needed help designing and developing our MVP, building a secure and scalable cloud infrastructure, and creating a strong technical foundation for future integrations, automation, and growth as a SaaS platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Euristiq has handled the full design and development of our wealth management platform, from product discovery and UX design through frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, testing, and deployment. The main deliverables have included the platform architecture, secure user access, family and legal entity management, wealth mapping, investment and insurance records, estate and tax information, document storage, task management, key date automation, and the technical foundation required for future data integrations and SaaS growth.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with one teammate from Euristiq.
How did you come to work with Euristiq?
We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, and had company values that aligned with ours.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Euristiq has delivered a working MVP faster than originally estimated and within a cost-efficient development process. They’ve completed the core platform architecture and major wealth management modules, giving us a functional product that’s ready for pilot onboarding, future data integrations, and continued SaaS development. The platform has also moved us from an early concept to a secure and scalable product with a clear path toward commercialization.
Although we haven’t formally tracked specific metrics, the MVP has been completed ahead of the original delivery estimate, which has reduced the overall development cost and allowed us to begin preparing for pilot onboarding sooner than expected. The team has also delivered several core modules within the initial scope without requiring a major increase in the original budget.
Moreover, we’ve received positive early feedback from advisors reviewing the platform, and it has had stable performance during testing. Euristiq has completed the core workflows needed to begin onboarding pilot families. The platform has been designed so that new families, legal entities, documents, tasks, insurance records, and investment information can be added in a structured and consistent way. Together, these results have given us confidence that the product is ready to move from development into pilot use and continued refinement.
How did Euristiq perform from a project management standpoint?
Euristiq’s project management has been organized, responsive, and transparent throughout the engagement. We’ve received regular updates, priorities have been clearly communicated, and the team has adapted well as requirements have evolved. They’ve delivered the MVP ahead of the original estimated timeline while maintaining strong quality and keeping the project within the expected budget. Our primary forms of communication have been in-person and virtual meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What has impressed us most is Euristiq’s ability to understand complex wealth management workflows and translate them into a practical, well-designed platform. They’ve combined strong technical expertise with a real understanding of the business problem while keeping scalability, security, and future integrations in mind from the beginning. Their responsiveness and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality have also made the engagement stand out.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, the experience has been very positive. One area for improvement would be providing more detailed documentation and long-term planning earlier in the project, particularly as the platform’s scope has expanded. That said, the team has been responsive whenever we’ve raised questions and adjusted quickly as priorities have changed.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
We were working on a client project and needed to bring in a partner to own the backend architecture and infrastructure, while we covered the frontend. The engagement was a collaboration – we both brought our AI specialists to integrate AI-assisted features into the user-facing layer. Deliverables included: • Native mobile app (iOS and Android) with real-time data dashboards • AI-assisted features for smart notifications and usage pattern detection • Push notifications for time-sensitive events • Offline mode with background sync and conflict resolution • Integration with our APIs and auth system, including OAuth 2.0 and role-based access • QA: functional, regression, and performance testing The Euristiq engineers got up to speed quickly, understood the constraints without having to over-explain.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
App launched on time. Onboarding time dropped by roughly 30% compared to the previous web-only flow. AI features worked as intended from day one – no rework was needed on that side. Backend handled peak load without issues during the first month post-launch. The client was happy, which is ultimately what mattered.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Clean and low-maintenance. Weekly calls, messaging on Slack, tasks tracked in Jira – both sides were aligned and communication was clear. Sprint cycles were two weeks — we always knew what was in progress and what was coming next. They flagged a dependency issue early enough for us to resolve it without impact. We added one scope mid-project and they adjusted without pushing the deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I’d single out the backend Euristiq delivered – it was solid. Clean architecture, well documented, easy for our people to work with after handoff. The API documentation alone saved us probably a week of back-and-forth. But also, the communication was genuinely good. We clicked right from the start and overall it was an enjoyable collaboration
Are there any areas for improvement or something Euristiq could have done differently?
Nothing that affected the outcome. Project ran smoothly overall.

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
At Webkönig AG, we operate in an industry where milliseconds matter. As an advertising technology provider, we deliver digital campaigns and website solutions across a wide range of clients from local entrepreneurs to high traffic eCommerce platforms. Our business depends on speed, stability, and scalability. But as our client base grew, our core platform especially its backend infrastructure struggled to keep up with the volume of simultaneous requests, campaign data analytics, and content personalization tasks.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Euristiq’s team began by performing a full audit of our existing architecture. What stood out was their ability to ask the right questions not just technical ones, but also those that tied into our business priorities. They spent time with both our development and account teams to understand how latency, system limitations, and bottlenecks were impacting client delivery.
Their solution was built from the ground up around performance and fault tolerance. They proposed and implemented a microservices-based architecture, breaking down the monolith into independently deployable modules. This allowed us to scale individual components like campaign rendering, media asset management, and analytics without burdening the entire system.
Some key deliverables included:
A highly scalable backend infrastructure, capable of serving multiple millions of ad impressions per day without compromising load speed.
An advanced caching and CDN strategy to handle static and dynamic content delivery efficiently.
Real-time analytics pipelines, optimized for low-latency data processing, which gave our account managers up-to-the-minute campaign performance insights.
Load balancing and autoscaling mechanisms that ensured stability even during peak usage, such as Black Friday campaigns.
A custom admin panel tailored for our internal teams to manage campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and respond to technical issues in real time. They also supported us with DevOps integration automating CI/CD pipelines, setting up robust monitoring tools, and ensuring high availability across regions
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The results were noticeable almost immediately after deployment. During one of our busiest client onboarding periods, we saw record level campaign traffic without a single reported slowdown or system issue. Our clients appreciated the smoother experience, and internally, our teams found themselves spending far less time firefighting infrastructure problems and more time focusing on innovation.
One moment that really underscored the value of Euristiq’s work happened during a national retail campaign launch, when an unexpected surge in traffic occurred due to a viral influencer post. Under our old system, this would have likely led to timeouts or degraded user experience. Thanks to the platform Euristiq engineered, the system absorbed the spike effortlessly with no loss in responsiveness or data capture.
Our campaign managers now have a real-time window into performance metrics they once had to manually compile or estimate. The responsiveness of the system has allowed us to optimize on the fly, improving ad efficiency and client satisfaction.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Euristiq was impressively organized throughout the entire engagement. Their team followed agile practices, conducting biweekly sprint reviews where they walked us through progress, answered our questions transparently, and adjusted timelines as needed without derailing the bigger roadmap. One thing that stood out was their clarity in communication. Even when discussing complex infrastructure changes, they translated technical decisions into business implications we could understand and evaluate.
Their responsiveness was also exceptional. Whether it was a last-minute change request from a partner or an unexpected shift in compliance needs, their team responded not only quickly but thoughtfully offering solutions that didn’t just patch the issue but often improved the system long-term.
What was your primary form of communication with Euristiq?
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What truly impressed us about Euristiq was their mindset. They treated our platform not as a standalone build but as a living ecosystem that needed to be resilient, flexible, and easy to evolve. Their deep understanding of high-load system architecture was matched by a user-first philosophy that kept our team and our clients in mind at every stage of development.
One example of this: they went out of their way to test our platform under simulated high-traffic stress conditions specific to our ad-delivery patterns. These weren’t off-the-shelf benchmarks they built tests based on real user journeys, helping us uncover edge cases we wouldn’t have discovered until much later.
They also brought a collaborative energy that didn’t waver. It never felt like they were simply fulfilling tasks they were invested in the long-term success of our product, often raising ideas for improvements we hadn’t even thought to consider.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Euristiq could have done differently?
If there’s one area where future engagements could be enhanced, it would be in user onboarding documentation. While their internal code and infrastructure were incredibly well documented, some of the new dashboard features for campaign monitoring could have benefited from more detailed user training or video walk-throughs for non-technical team members. That said, when we flagged this, Euristiq followed up promptly with tailored support materials.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The scope was ambitious, involving several departments and user groups. But we knew Euristiq had both the technical sophistication and collaborative mindset to walk with us through complexity.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
From the start, Euristiq demonstrated a deep respect for the academic environment and its nuances. They didn’t treat this as a conventional enterprise app project. Instead, they approached it with curiosity hosting discovery workshops with faculty, IT leaders, graduate students, and admin staff to understand pain points and expectations.
Once the groundwork was laid, they moved into a development phase that touched on multiple dimensions:
Mobile App Development: They delivered a multi-functional mobile application that acts as a hub for students and faculty alike. The app allows users to browse current research initiatives, find collaborators by interest or expertise, join university-wide events or hackathons, and access shared learning resources. The UI/UX was built with accessibility in mind, ensuring screen reader compatibility and smooth navigation even under high load.
Custom Software Development: In tandem, Euristiq built a web-based dashboard for administrators and researchers. This system tracks project lifecycles, manages funding documentation, and logs collaborative contributions across departments. It also includes internal messaging, notifications for research compliance deadlines, and a resource booking module for shared equipment and labs.
AI Development: Where Euristiq truly distinguished themselves was in the way they embedded AI capabilities into the fabric of the platform—not as flashy features, but as meaningful assistants. One tool helps researchers clean and categorize large datasets, another analyzes patterns in research collaboration to suggest interdisciplinary synergies. For students, there’s even a smart recommendation engine for workshops and faculty-led opportunities based on their academic profile and declared interests.
They worked closely with our IT team to ensure security protocols were followed rigorously, including data anonymization features for sensitive academic records. Importantly, all tools were designed with modularity, allowing departments to enable or disable features based on their specific needs.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
From a delivery standpoint, Euristiq was methodical and accountable. Timelines were clearly communicated and adhered to. When new needs emerged like adding French-language support or adjusting compliance features to align with provincial funding rules, they were integrated with minimal disruption. Their sprint cycles were lean, feedback loops were tight, and their responsiveness made us feel genuinely supported throughout. They didn’t just keep us informed, they made us feel like an essential part of the team.
What was your primary form of communication with Euristiq?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What set Euristiq apart wasn’t just their technical expertise it was their ability to translate our values into digital tools. They understood the unique ecosystem of a university, where innovation must coexist with regulation, and where diverse user needs require empathy at every level of the design process.
They didn’t just build what we asked for they anticipated needs we hadn’t yet articulated. For example, one of the AI features an assistant that helps researchers identify potential compliance gaps in funding applicationswas their idea, based on observed pain points. It’s now one of our most appreciated tools among faculty leads.
Their team also brought a global perspective, showing awareness of how Canadian post-secondary institutions function while incorporating best practices from educational tech around the world.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Euristiq could have done differently?
While our overall experience was exceptional, one area that could benefit from refinement is their approach to post-launch documentation. Their codebase was well-organized, but some of the admin training materials could have been more tailored to non-technical staff. We raised this with the team and they responded by creating simplified guides and FAQs, which resolved the issue quickly.
Additionally, we would have appreciated a slightly longer runway for onboarding stakeholders who weren’t directly involved in the development process. A broader engagement phase post-launch might’ve helped with change management at the departmental level.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Euristiq approached the project holistically, taking the time to understand the nuances of the real estate market, as well as the operational complexities of managing mixed-use properties across different locations. The scope of their work spanned several key areas:
They began with a discovery and strategy phase, collaborating closely with our internal leadership and facilities management teams. Together, we mapped out the ideal user flows for both tenants and staff and identified integration points for various IoT devices, from smart locks to environmental sensors installed in our residential and hotel properties.
On the mobile development side, Euristiq designed and built a native mobile application that provided a seamless interface for property monitoring, tenant communication, maintenance requests, and access control. The UI was tailored to reflect the premium nature of our developments while remaining highly intuitive.
Simultaneously, their cloud engineers architected a scalable AWS infrastructure that connected to the mobile app and IoT systems. This included secure data ingestion pipelines for real-time sensor data, robust API management, and a cloud-based admin dashboard that enabled our team to oversee all operations remotely. Device provisioning, OTA updates, and performance monitoring were all built into the platform.
Their deliverables included a fully functioning mobile app, AWS-based cloud services, real-time IoT data integration, and thorough technical documentation and deployment support.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within months of deployment, we began seeing tangible shifts in how our teams operated and how our tenants engaged with the properties. Our property managers reported a significant decrease in response time for handling maintenance and access issues, while tenants praised the mobile experience for its convenience and ease of use. One standout moment was during an unexpected power fluctuation in one of our condo buildings our team was able to receive alerts through the app and resolve the issue before any tenants even noticed.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Euristiq's project management was exceptionally clear and responsive. They used a structured agile framework that worked well with our cadence. We always knew what phase we were in, and any blockers were addressed promptly. Communication was proactive, and no technical or otherwise request ever lingered without a resolution. On occasion, we needed to reprioritize deliverables mid-sprint due to an investor demo, and they adjusted their roadmap with a level of flexibility and professionalism that impressed both our technical and executive teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What truly stood out about Euristiq was their ability to bridge business objectives with deep technical execution. Their engineers didn’t just build what we asked they asked the right questions to refine and improve what we thought we wanted. Their familiarity with real estate operations, paired with their technical creativity, created a solution that genuinely feels tailored to our space, rather than just another off-the-shelf platform.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Euristiq could have done differently?

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the CEO of Empego Technologies
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
Empego Technologies is a patient engagement platform designed by pharmacists for pharmacists to deliver better and safer care while optimizing use of resources in a pharmacy setting. Pharmacy workflow is often centered around drug distribution and is often not suited to integrate advanced clinical interventions. Relying on our deep clinical and field expertise, we have developed a simple platform that integrates seamlessly in pharmacy clinical workflow to facilitate clinical interventions. Our solution is founded on generating evidence-based smart forms to improve triage and treatment monitoring. Our platform engages patients through accessible language to provide high-quality information, thus empowering pharmacists to deliver the highest standard of care while unlocking new pharmacy revenue.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Euristiq to accomplish?
We engaged Euristiq to modernize our DevOps infrastructure for scalability, improve the platform’s usability and compliance, and develop custom software to integrate with pharmacy management systems—all without disrupting existing workflows. We needed a partner who could deliver across these areas with precision and agility, and Euristiq did just that.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The scope of work Euristiq undertook for us was extensive, cross-functional, and delivered with a high degree of technical rigor. They began by conducting a deep assessment of our DevOps infrastructure, surfacing areas of risk and inefficiencies that had previously slowed down deployments and limited our system's resilience. From there, they introduced a robust CI/CD pipeline that allowed our internal teams to ship code confidently, with new levels of speed and reliability. Their implementation of infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and automated environment replication helped us shift from reactive maintenance to a more proactive, scalable architecture critical as our user base grew rapidly across pharmacy locations.
On the development front, Euristiq worked closely with our team to redesign core areas of the platform, with a particular focus on usability and workflow efficiency. They rebuilt our patient intake system, transforming it into a more dynamic and intuitive experience. This involved integrating logic-driven smart forms that adjusted in real-time based on patient inputs and clinical indicators making the process faster and less error-prone for pharmacists. They also designed and implemented a secure real-time communication module that enabled pharmacist-patient interaction during clinical assessments, directly within the platform.
In terms of custom software, Euristiq developed a bespoke integration layer that enabled seamless communication between our platform and a variety of pharmacy management systems. This required an understanding of highly varied data structures and workflows and resulted in a solution that was lightweight, scalable, and crucial to our expansion strategy. Through this effort, they enabled true interoperability while preserving the unique operational flow of each pharmacy partner.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The outcomes of our work with Euristiq have been evident in both tangible and qualitative ways. For example, post-implementation, our platform uptime stabilized dramatically even during peak usage windows, allowing pharmacists to rely on our system during their busiest hours without disruption. Internal teams reported that the new CI/CD workflows cut release times significantly, which helped us iterate on features that our users had been requesting for months. Just as crucial, our user engagement metrics showed improvement users were spending more time completing clinical forms and reporting higher satisfaction with the ease of use, something we hadn’t seen before the UI/UX enhancements went live.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Euristiq’s project management style is worth highlighting. They did not operate in isolation. Communication was regular, predictable, and most importantly transparent. I recall one particular sprint when a dependency from a third-party API provider caused delays. Rather than stall, the team proposed a workaround that kept our timelines intact without compromising quality. Their responsiveness to change requests, whether minor UI adjustments or more complex logic changes in the backend, was equally impressive. We always felt heard and supported.
What was your primary form of communication with Euristiq?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What truly sets Euristiq apart is their depth of thinking. They didn’t just execute on specs they questioned assumptions, suggested better approaches, and occasionally challenged us when they saw a potential risk. I remember a moment when they recommended restructuring our analytics module after recognizing limitations in how we were capturing engagement data. The solution they offered not only improved data fidelity but also opened doors for future AI integration, which we’re now exploring.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Euristiq could have done differently?
If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be around documentation. While their codebase was clean and well-structured, there were moments particularly early on when internal handoffs would have benefited from more comprehensive technical documentation. To their credit, they responded quickly to this feedback and adjusted their workflow, including weekly knowledge transfer sessions and clearer inline documentation.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Digital Content Director of Glenn Davis Group
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
The management power propelling integrated branding agencies Davis and Bridgemark; two separate, yet equal agencies offering parallel expertise. GDG supports each agency in the the areas of Human Resources, Technology, Finance, and Communications.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Euristiq to accomplish?
We needed a data-driven solution that could offer true intelligence not just dashboards and reports, but strategic clarity to help both agencies make sharper, faster decisions. That’s when we brought Euristiq in.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Our objective was to modernize and unify our approach to data and platform intelligence. We weren’t just looking for tech upgrades; we were looking for transformation. We needed to unlock meaningful insights from scattered data points across HR, project workflows, creative output metrics, and financial forecasting and we needed to do this without disrupting the day-to-day pace of two very different, yet equally dynamic, agencies.
Euristiq stepped into a very layered environment. Their scope included building a custom AI-powered analytics layer that could interface with our existing software stack and extract real-time insights tailored to the operational rhythms of both Davis and Bridgemark. One of the key deliverables was an intelligent platform that could monitor, analyze, and predict performance trends across agency projects from team allocation and budget adherence to campaign impact timelines.
Another component involved designing a modular data architecture that respected each agency’s unique approach while maintaining a shared intelligence backbone. They also implemented a set of machine learning models that allowed our HR and finance teams to better forecast workload capacity, hiring needs, and even burnout risk based on anonymized behavioral patterns across collaboration tools.
But beyond the technical outcomes, what stood out was their approach to immersion. They didn’t treat this like a tech job. They treated it like a brand stewardship challenge taking the time to understand the creative ethos of each agency, and designing their systems around how we work, not how software typically behaves.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The results have been both practical and strategic. Our leadership meetings are now fueled by insight, not just instinct. For instance, during a recent planning session, we used Euristiq’s platform to simulate campaign capacity for a major client RFP. It revealed potential over-commitments that we might have otherwise missed giving us the foresight to adjust timelines and resourcing without compromising quality or relationships.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Our project leads now rely on predictive alerts that help manage scope creep before it becomes an issue, and our HR partners have a clearer, data-informed view of when and where to scale talent.
From a delivery standpoint, Euristiq operated with a healthy blend of structure and adaptability. They had clearly mapped sprints, but they never lost sight of the evolving nature of our industry. Whenever new use cases emerged like integrating Slack-based sentiment analysis into our HR dashboards they were quick to assess, iterate, and implement without losing velocity. Communication was never transactional. They listened, they translated needs into technical reality, and they stayed with us post-launch to refine, recalibrate, and improve.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed us most was their empathy toward complexity. Euristiq didn’t just bring expertise; they brought patience, intuition, and a deep respect for how technology needs to fit around humans, not the other way around. Their team had a way of asking the right questions not just about features, but about intentions. That made all the difference.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Euristiq could have done differently?
If I had to note one area where we saw room for evolution, it would be in providing more plug-and-play resources for training non-technical team members. While their documentation was strong, having a more interactive onboarding experience for creative professionals who aren’t deeply technical would have accelerated adoption even faster. That said, the support we received when questions arose was always swift and helpful.

Our Story
Since 2016, Euristiq has modernized systems too expensive to maintain and too fragile to change — and built new products right from day one. 300+ projects later, that's still the work, across fintech, energy, travel, healthcare, and education. AI-native by default: our 4D approach ships 2× faster and cheaper.
For us the tech is never the label — the business pain is. Every engagement starts with what's costing you money, time, or customers, and ends with software that measurably changes it.
Meet the Team
