The scope of work included a full legal and administrative support package for obtaining Romanian citizenship through descent. EUCitizensship handled the verification of our eligibility, collection and legalization of necessary documents (both local and Romanian), preparation of the citizenship application, and full guidance through the submission process. A key deliverable was organizing our visit to Romania for document submission and later for the oath of allegiance. They also provided continuous legal updates, handled translation and notary requirements, and ensured compliance with Romanian administrative timelines. The final deliverable was the issuance of the Romanian citizenship certificate, which allowed us to proceed with obtaining EU passports and setting up a legal presence in the EU.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most measurable outcome was the successful acquisition of Romanian citizenship within the expected timeline, without delays or rejections. We received official confirmation and citizenship certificates, which enabled us to apply for EU passports. As a direct result, we registered a company in the EU, opened a European bank account, and began contracting with EU-based logistics providers.

Overall, we were very satisfied. If anything, a more detailed initial checklist of required documents would have helped us prepare faster on our side. But this was a minor issue in an otherwise smooth process.

One of the senior instructors had family roots in Slovenia, as his grandfather had emigrated from the former Yugoslavia. The academy helped him gather the necessary documents, and he successfully obtained Slovenian citizenship through repatriation with this company. This was done in order to be able to work in Europe with a specialist who had come all the way from the beginning.

Well, not all of the services they provided me with were proceeded on a high level... There were a huge delays in the process of checking the documnets in the Ministry of Justice. Do not know if lawyers could have sped up the process, but it would havel been really helpful,'cause I spent a lot of time on it

The thing I didn't like was that lawyers couldn't communicate after 6 pm. Would bebetter to talk to them after work.
