I'm the VP of Procon, a company that supports other companies with B2B services.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Etranslation to accomplish for Procon?

We were hosting an event in the Philippines, and we needed help with our language needs. We hired Etranslation to offer translation and interpretation services to ensure good communication between us and our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The event took place in the week of February 16, 2026, and lasted for five days. We had people coming from various locations of the world, speaking French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Etranslation supported the translation of the materials (PowerPoint, documents, PDFs) that we were using and translated the communication during the event.

We worked with 15 teammates from Etranslation.

Someone referred Etranslation to me. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they were a great culture fit.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The happiness of the attendees was a measurable outcome of our project with Etranslation. We also had files made available in different languages for people to enjoy going through them. We asked the attendees what their thoughts were regarding Etranslation's services and translation. The feedback was mainly verbal and anecdotal. We also hired a third party to double-check the translation, and they concluded that it was of good quality.

How did Etranslation perform from a project management standpoint?

Etranslation really helped us. They were responsive and ensured we didn't miss any points. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Etranslation was quick in communications and knew exactly what to do. They had experience in handling big events with more than 200 people.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, the event was a success. Etranslation went beyond our expectations.
