My company specializes in cosmetics and beauty products.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ethiko, and what were your goals?

The objective of the project was to have an e-commerce platform to our liking, able to offer our offer and easy to manage.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found this agency through research on directories on the internet. The determining factor was the welcome and attentiveness they showed from the very first moment.

Ethiko made models for us, then following a few reviews, they designed and put the site online using a tool called Prestashop.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with 3 people. Raphaël the person in charge for the communication and the management of the project, Hugo the designer and developer and Diego who came to bring his expertise and his help on certain points.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the launch of the new website, we have had a lot of positive feedback, more sales have been made and our traffic has also increased. We are very happy with our new site.

We stayed in contact regularly throughout the project, we exchanged frequently, in particular by call (video) as well as by email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to adapt and listen was impressive.
