Please describe your company and your position there.

I am working as an assistant professor in CPM Degree College, FBD. There I motivate scholars towards the genuine research work.

Due to my interest in research, I am editing a book, for the cover page of this book I enlisted the help of ETechdreams Solutions.

This book will be helpful for scholars in the pre-corona world and post-corona world, who are interested in researching epidemiology or epidemiological literature.

I talked to many people regarding the cover of my book, but they were unable to make a cover to suit my aspirations. But ETechDreams Solutions proved that any task can be difficult, not impossible.

What were your goals for this project?

As it is well known, today the entire world is facing a pandemic like Corona. Every country and every man of every country is trying to protect himself from this pandemic.

Through this book I have made a small attempt to bring to light everything that people felt and endured during this pandemic. For this work, I need a specific book cover.

I talked to some companies regarding the cover, but they were unable to make the cover to suit my aspirations. But ETechdreams Solutions proved that any task can be difficult, not impossible.

I thank to the entire team of ETechDreams Solutions for making my dream come true.

How did you select ETechDreams Solutions?

Once, while talking to a friend of mine, I expressed my views on looking for a designer who could make an attractive cum meaningful cover for my book and then he suggested me the name- ETechDreams Solutions.

After contacting this one, I came to know that it is the only one, and none is suitable for my work. It's the best of the best.

Describe the project in detail.

The project I am doing is a scholarly one, which binds the whole world into a thread of humanity. For, it is a compilation of such poems, which are the true outlines of the time of the pandemic.

The main objective of this scholarly work is to bring the negative and positive aspects of the pandemic into the limelight. This book shows how the corona is having good and bad effects on the world or all races or communities.

When I told them (ETechDreams) about my project and my expectations from the cover page, they took it seriously. I sent them some pictures for example. Within a week or two, they sent me three covers with different designs, of which I chose one that was better than my expectations.

Thus, I found that they carry out their responsibilities with full efficiency

What was the team composition?

The design of my book cover that they provided to me was an excellent one, but my expectations were high. Several times, I asked them to make some changes and the good thing was that each time they took it seriously as a new opportunity without getting annoyed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the project, one of their designers spoke to me directly over a call to understand my purpose and expectations, and tried to work according to my expectations.

Not even a full month had passed, a very good cover of my book was ready. It shows that they care about the satisfaction of their clients and they do everything possible to satisfy them and they are committed to it.

When I shared the cover with my friends, everyone praised it very much.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent performance.....They provide best customer services. The management is very cooperative with their clients. I had learnt that they care and respect to their clients. Their way of treating clients is awesome and friendly.

The Environment the create, their way of communication, time management everything is just awesome and amazing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

In today’s era where most of the companies value cost and price, this one, I saw, the first, who valued my expectations from them rather than the cost and price. I am just amazed at their patient and thoughtful nature, which leaves a positive impression. I will join this company again for any designing work in future.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No improvement is needed as they are quite up to date with modern technology.

We are a not-for-profit organization working for the benefit of the marginalized. The country being India, the State being Odisha. I am the founder of the organization

EtechDreams were mainly helping us in everything/ Ranging from developing content for the website to designing to documenting the progress of the organization. Etech also gave us discounts to ensure the smooth running of the website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wished to build a website that depicted the blueprint of our organization covering different web pages describing our work and activities mainly.

How did you select this vendor?

There were many many local vendors for this work however, since we had previously associated with the Director for other purposes, we considered them to be a part of this project as well.

They developed the website, documented our activities, designed various portals, build the content, provided alternatives, cleared bugs and fixed other issues in the context, all in alignment to what we visualized for the website.

What was the team composition?

The team had a designer, program coordinator and manager. Yes, it did change depending on the tasks assigned to them.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We got the recognition that the organization needed. Through the website, we have also been approached for many projects considering the portal to be a reliable informative source for ngos. We are able to depict what we wish to show the world about our organization through this portal and it was possible only through Etech.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team is super quick in responding, very hardworking and active members with a lot of swiftness and ease in their work. Their efficiency is seen in their deliverables and there is no communication issues faced in the time frame we have had in the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their strengths mainly lies in their communication skills, quick responses, efficient work and team spirit. The Manager of the team is always on board and never hesitates to step-in keeping his position aside which says a lot about the passion towards this field he and his team have.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My only suggestion as a customer would be to possibly have a group formed for each client in the form of whatsapp or any other medium for faster communication.

IBPSA-India is an affiliate of International Building Performance Simulation Association, a non-profit international society of building performance simulation. I am the founder member of IBPSA-India.

The website should be easy to understand and the graphics must be very decent and professional.
