I'm the Founder and CEO of BezBroker - the biggest community for real estate in Bulgaria.

For what projects/services did your company hire ESTUDIO Design & Marketing Agency, and what were your goals?

With Estudio we worked on developing my company BezBroker through website creation, social media, paid ads and engaging digital marketing. The team helped me to rebrand my company in a way that it connects better with customers and makes us stand out in the saturated market of real estate.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have heard good reviews from a close friend of mine, so I contacted Estudio. What won me over was their enthusiasm, young perspective and extremely flexible team. Also, the price offered by them was quite competitve.

I outsourced all of that to them, as I did not have any time to deal with it being a CEO of the company, and I also trusted them completely. We had monthly check-ups where they showed me the progress & results mainly of the social media.

I've worked closely with the 2 founders - Martin and Adelina. They were the ones we were having monthly meetings with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The social media campaigns were quite successful and we always had many people participate in the Giveaways. The team managed to completely revamp the IG page and reach 600% growth in followers.

Quite effective. We had no issues with it.

We were impressed by their willingness to always get it right and also their ability to listen to my ideas and vision, and do their best to manifest it.
