RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The implementation significantly reduced the time our team spends on research, pitch deck reviews, and drafting internal investment memos by automating much of the process with Claude. As a result, we’re now able to screen and evaluate new opportunities much faster while freeing up the team to focus on higher-value work like founder conversations and investment decisions.

Tim and team are always available for queries and any questions we had. The deliverables were met on time and we didnt really have to push them or follow up multiples times on the work that had to be done.
