We searched for multiple development agencies that fit the criteria we were looking for, eSparkBiz was a company with a good profile and good reviews and their website showcased their previous work well, during the course of the pre-engagement interviews, they were responsive and helpful.

We had a series of discovery meetings and shared with them wireframes and user stories of the features that needed to be developed and within 2 months they had released a primary version of the applications that we could run UAT sessions with.

Results are difficult to measure with web development work like this. There are times we build the templates and other times when the clients build out the pages themselves.

We use a variety of methods such as Skype, Teamwork, Trello, and email, all of which have worked well.

They are an effective team.

The language barrier slightly affects our communication at times.

Having a reliable web development partner allows us to provide additional services for our clients.  

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Chintan understands web development and capably managed his team’s developers. I served as the liaison between my client and Chintan. He and I primarily used Basecamp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Even though there is a drastic time difference, Chintan made himself available and responded quickly. I’ve never felt like their team is inaccessible.

No, they have performed well so far.

They needed to deliver the site on time and within budget. We wanted the client to love the site as well.

They reached out to us. I decided to work with them based on their cost and portfolio. Their respectful communication throughout our interactions was a plus.

They designed Style Tiles—which the client approved—and then applied those styles to the website. The team processed two revision requests per page before proceeding to the development phase, a week-long process. They installed plugins and used the platform and theme we requested.

We interacted with the project manager. He had a team working behind the scenes.

They delivered exactly what they promised in a timely manner. They met every deadline and made me look good. Their work was excellent and the handoff was simple. Their buildout was easy for me to go in and make necessary tweaks.

It was a simple project, so I took care of most of the project management.

Honestly, I didn’t expect these results for such a low price. But they did a great job.

Even though there is a time difference, the project manager has always been able to meet with us in the evening. He provides all the answers and support we need.

The team’s coding experience and customer support stand out.

We had to adjust logistics to accommodate the time difference. But their responsiveness has helped minimize that issue.
