We selected ESCA among several recruitment companies that we found over the Internet. The deciding factors for us were willingness to fulfill all our open positions and the most suitable pricing model.

The contractors ESCA helped us to find were from different areas, but mostly from the IT/development field. The vast majority of people that we found via ESCA successfully continue their career paths in our company. Among them are Support Agents, DevOps engineers (k8s and GCP), Python developers, PHP developers, Front-end developers (React).
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
After signing an agreement and providing requirements for the candidates, we started receiving CVs of people that might be a good fit for us. After a short period of reviews together with ESCA, we tuned the process in a way that the selection of contractors became even more precise. After receiving the requirements, ESCA provided the first results in nearly 1 day.
The process in general looked in this way: ESCA provided us a CV of a candidate, the HR on our side reviewed it, then passed it to the team leader of the relevant team. If team leader thought the candidate has the right set of skills, we invited him for the interview via ESCA. The communication was quite fast and in most cases, the time between CV submission from ESCA and agreed timeslots for the interview was not more than 1 day.

We were able to fill open positions in our team and distribute the workload among our employees more effectively, that definitely has positive effect on the whole team in general.
