ERP Harbor provided us with multiple custom Odoo developments across various modules, including Projects, Inventory, Attendance, among others.
In addition to enhancing existing functionalities and implementing new features, they optimized workflows to improve our overall user experience. 
ERP Harbor also offered expert consultation on Odoo best practices, ensuring that we took full advantage of Odoos existing feature in order to adapt them to our company’s internal processes, ultimately leading to increased scalability, operational alignment, and streamlined performance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been able to successfully implement Odoo ERP in our business thanks to ERP Harbor Consulting Service. 
We were able to, increase our stock management from 2000SKUs to over 8000SKUs at the moment just by using Odoo inventory  stock and warhouse management. 
We were able to expand our team from 4 to over 10 people and to manage the large increase in logistics and processes by using odoo attendances and project management.
We were able to increase our montly orders by more than 300% thanks to integrating woocommerce with Odoo and taking advantage of Odoos ERP features.

ERP Harbor has always kept close contact with us responding to our queries quickly and efficiently. Even going above and beyond to help us solve emergency situations as fast as possible that happened beause of new Odoo.sh forced updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have had a chance to work with many different Odoo integrator teams of various nationalities over the last years and nobody has shown Odoo knowledge and expertise like Sudhir and his ERP Harbor team. 
They understand Odoo deeply and analyze your needs closely to see if your needs can be met using Odoo standard features before resorting custom development, and only resort to customization if necessary. 
Then the customization they build is highly efficient, working with odoo's features and using Odoo's best practices.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ERP Harbor Consulting Services could have done differently?
