I’m the founder of a smart home and security company. We install security cameras and transform houses into smart homes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Equinox Arora Realty Inc., Brokerage?

I wanted to find offices for my business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Equinox Arora Realty Inc., Brokerage helped me find the perfect offices for me. They went through all the available offices, gave me a list, and sent me an email with pictures and details. If there were any I was interested in, they’d do a show to go check it out.

They studied the area and the prices based on their real estate knowledge rather than the owner's demands. For example, if the payment were a certain amount, they’d tell me if the owner was bluffing or wanting to get more than they should. Their team also gave me the confidence to stand by my price and get the perfect deal — they negotiated for me and took care of everything else.

We chose them because they specialized in offices and big spaces rather than homes.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $20,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–September 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My budget was up to $900,000, and they could get it for less; I got the place for $820,000 even though there were multiple offers for over $880,000. I’m delighted I was able to get it — there were offers way bigger than mine, but they convinced them that my business would be perfect for that place.

How did Equinox Arora Realty Inc., Brokerage perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through phone and email, and we also used the MLS program.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They knew everything from the commercial industry — they knew the answers to all my questions. I’ve worked with other agents, but they weren't focused on residential. This brokerage was both residential and commercial.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve — I was delighted with their work.
