Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They helped us implement Salesforce Sales Cloud in under two months, which we needed badly as we were managing our whole sales process through spreadsheets and document folders. Our consultant customized fields and layouts to fit our sales process, organized and imported our existing data, built key reports and dashboards, and provided training to get our small team and running smoothly.  

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They had our system up and running in 6 weeks and it's amazing how much time we've gotten back.  We run this agency in addition to other work so it's not easy for us to sync and discuss new business opportunities and their progress.  Now that we have Salesforce we can see what each of us is doing and don't have to check in constantly for updates.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Our consultant was super responsive and very patient with our hundreds of questions.  They well prior to our internal deadline and we were super happy about that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We talked to at least 5 other firms and were given a lot of quotes with little or no details.  We really appreciated getting a clear proposal with all of the steps and the expected timeframe and were thrilled when the project went faster than expected.  But more importantly we really felt like our consultant was part of our existing team and helped us make decisions that were best for our interests.

Are there any areas for improvement or something EpiGrowth could have done differently?

I can't think of anything. They were very easy to work with and helped us tremendously with streamlining our sales process.
