Envy is a property management company operating in multiple counties throughout northern Utah. We specialize in full-service property management and exceptional owner/tenant relationships. The company was founded by Nick and Tanya Jensen, investment property owners tired of the runaround they’d had with other management companies. Knowing there was a better way to manage their properties, Nick and Tanya opened Envy Property Management in 2015 with a focus on exceptional customer service and building relationships not only with their owners but also with the hundreds of tenants they place. Nick and Tanya have been investing in real estate for over 15 years and combined, have over 30 years of experience with property management. Nick is a licensed Realtor and Property Manager while Tanya serves as Envy’s Office Manager. Nick and Tanya have 4 children and outside of work they enjoy mountain biking, boating, snow skiing, and enjoying the Utah outdoors.
