EnterBridge has built Ferguson a suite of custom tools to help manage our product pricing strategy. Our pricing team relies on these tools to update our prices daily. EnterBridge custom built these tools to Ferguson specifications. They run some applications for us in their environment and they manage others in our data centers / cloud. Their ongoing technical support of these tools is critical to keeping our business running.

• Tools built 5+ years ago are running in Production daily.
• Tools being built today are wrapping up development this month.

EnterBridge is very open and clear with deliverables. Status updates are frequent and expectations are set. Some overages in time, which is more because of us than them. They are in-touch with both the business and technical sides of our business. Project Managers are knowledgeable of development tasks. The CEO also steps in frequently to help.

Right sized is a powerful advantage for EnterBridge. They have enough development and management resources to get big projects done. They aren't so large that bureaucratic roadblocks slow progress. Everyone is skilled and friendly - a welcome combination for a group we work with closely.

GoCanvas allows for static reference data, but doesn't have a dynamic function. My group had a need for live reference data updates and Enterbridge was able to create custom app templates that we could build off of that automatically updates a backend reference table. Now we don't have to manually update reference tables with results, and our field users can benefit from live data, which ultimately saves us time and money in project completion.

• 3 month turnaround, reference data update 20 minutes nightly gone down to 0 minutes required, for an average of 8-10 hours of work per month.

EnterBridge has developed several RPA processes for us over the years. These processes eliminated repetitive tasks that we formerly had employees perform.

There have been several projects developed. Each process eliminated FTE hours and improved employee satisfaction. In addition to reducing hours worked, the processes were designed to run at night which increased out speed of service by at least a day in many cases.

EnterBridge was and is very responsive to our needs. In the early phases, the EnterBridge team was very focused on learning our business and processes in order to help us to develop processes that would work best in a cost effective manner. Two years into the partnership, the EnterBridge team is able ot leverage their knowledge and previous experience to guide us through the most practical solutions for our problems. The staff at EnterBridge is attentive and consistently forward thinking.
