The group consists of 4 entities operating across 6 countries - Poland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and UAE - covering the full project stack from geotechnical surveys and foundation engineering through procurement, installation, grid connection, and long-term operations and maintenance. ENSOOL deploys investor capital directly into solar asset development, retaining full ownership of projects post-construction and generating returns through long-term energy yield, O&M contracts, and PPA revenue. With 79 completed projects, 7+ GW of total installed capacity, and 250 MW delivered in a single year, the group brings institutional-grade execution capability to its own balance sheet. ENSOOL is currently expanding its owned solar portfolio across European markets and is actively raising investor capital to accelerate asset deployment at scale.
