I’m the IT manager for Had Hamad Al-Hammam Group, a group of companies that deals in oil and gas.

We had an application that was built in-house. We needed consulting, and help to do SAP implementation.

They gave us a checklist and did SAP implementation for us. They work on tools we need, give us online support and solve tickets.

There are 12-15 people working with us.

How did you come to work with Enpersol Technologies?

We invited several companies to do some SAP implementation. We were most pleased with the work Enpersol performed, as well as their background and experience.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $450,000 - $500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working in July 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The structure was almost ready in four months, they provided free support for two months, and it went live within six months. Feedback from management is good. Employees on all levels use it, causing business to run uninterrupted. The security is good. Everything is working perfectly.

How did Enpersol Technologies Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a good job. The project manager was coordinated and accommodating. He was here locally, and we met weekly. He coordinated with his team. We communicated through Skype and Zoom, as well. They are responsive and available to communicate within 20 minutes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have an excellent team that communicates well and show commitment. They provide out-of-the-box solutions. They also communicate in common language, not IT terms.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they had an office locally.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When searching for an SAP partner, it’s important to meet with many companies and find the right fit for you.
