• We partnered with them to lead the email marketing side of a cryptocurrency wallet launch. The scope covered everything from developing the overall email strategy and preparing the sending infrastructure to creating onboarding and lifecycle communications that would support user activation from day one. Another important objective was ensuring the email infrastructure was properly warmed up ahead of launch so we could communicate with users reliably at scale.

Their team handled the project end-to-end. They started by defining the email strategy and user journey, then translated it into complete production-ready campaigns and automations. They prepared the email infrastructure, managed domain warm-up, created flow blueprints, wrote the copy, designed the emails, and implemented everything within the ESP. The project included waitlist sequences, post-signup onboarding and nurture emails, referral flows, launch communications, and transactional-style emails for key user actions, such as reminders to complete wallet setup. Throughout the project, they worked closely with our development team to ensure the email experience aligned with the product and launch timeline.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The launch went smoothly from an email perspective. Thanks to the infrastructure preparation and gradual warm-up, we maintained a strong sender reputation throughout the launch, with average open rates of around 50%. The onboarding sequences helped guide new users through wallet setup with minimal friction, while automated reminders reduced the number of incomplete registrations that required manual follow-up from our support team. Having these journeys in place also allowed us to scale user communications without creating additional operational workload.

Project management was one of the strongest parts of the collaboration. Everything was well organized, communication was straightforward, and deadlines were consistently met, often ahead of schedule. They were proactive throughout the project, regularly identifying dependencies and potential issues before they became blockers. We never felt like we had to manage or chase the team. They adapted quickly as product requirements evolved and were flexible whenever priorities shifted, which is especially valuable during a fast-moving product launch.

It felt like working with a strategic partner rather than a team that was simply responsible for producing emails.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Enflow Digital could have done differently?

Nothing that stands out. Like any launch involving multiple teams, there were changes and last-minute adjustments on our side, but they adapted quickly without disrupting timelines or quality. Looking back, their structured approach and attention to detail were a big reason why the launch was as smooth as it was, so we wouldn't change anything about the collaboration.
