Encoded Noire

Encoded Noire is Louisiana's only Black-owned, AI-forward creative agency. We build brand identity, marketing strategy, film, photography, and AI-driven content for clients across the Gulf South and nationally.

Founded in Acadiana by designer and artist Milton Arceneaux, Encoded Noire operates at the intersection of Black cultural identity, visual design, and emerging technology. Our work spans legacy institutions, heritage festivals, natural-products brands, and healthcare — from a 40-year-old Black-owned insurance agency to a 38-year Zydeco festival to a Louisiana-Creole spice company breaking into national retail.

We are culturally fluent in ways generic agencies are not. We understand Creole identity, Louisiana heritage, and Black cultural markets because we live them. We also lead regionally on AI — using it daily in our production pipeline and consulting other businesses on how to integrate it without losing authenticity.
