They have put a filter that selects the rigth attention y the right moment of the consulting proccess. So, mail, or even whatsapp are answered without the human hand. This keeps my team focus on tracking the rest of the proccesses, without wasting time and effort in filtering or answering easy questions that don't really need a person behind.

Reduced proccesing times, I'd say, 50% or even more.

I don't really cannot know it as I am the CEO of my company and don't have a real IT understanding, as much as my partner (CTO) knows, they had follow more than logical steps in order to fulfill our needs also according to a wel built architecture and the filters needed to keep going in our Customer service.
