We wanted to declutter our user interface so that it doesn't seem overly detailed and technical. We wanted the UI to guide the user into a seamless flow. We broke down the solution into a few key areas and started off by redesigning some of these isolated features before proceeding to re-designing the end to end flow.

We have a library of Figma designs which our development team is working on implementing. Feedback from our partners and customers is positive

I think it would be how quickly they undrestood the technical domain of our system well enough to start designing a new Ux. Given the engineering nature of the product, it's difficult for the average designer to find references or industry standard for the design but EmphaStudio made it happen

This included revisiting all pages and features to evaluate the overall user experience and create a consistent user experience throughout the platform. Focus areas were on component design, header and menu navigation, and general updates and better standards for our design system.

Tasks were completed on time to meet business objectives and timelines for our major release. Revisions and feedback sessions with various teams were held on an ongoing basis. These meetings often resulted in the need to adjust or rework things as new business requirements were identified, but we were still able to meet our milestone objectives.
