Qualifications and Professional Affiliations
Emi holds a Master’s Degree in Medical Translation and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Foreign Languages. She has also completed an online Anatomy Specialization offered by the University of Michigan Medical School. She regularly undertakes continuing professional development (CPD) and holds additional qualifications in medical writing, MedTech and UX.
She is a member of the American Translators Association (ATA) and the European Medical Writers Association (EMWA).
Her article, “Medical Device Localization: When Every Word Affects Patient Safety”, was published and featured in The ATA Chronicle in 2026.
