What I didn't realize was how many other areas of my business and personal financial life needed attention. Changed Company's Employee Benefits to an HRA that allows our employees to choose any plan in the marketplace. Saves us 30%. Improved benefits for best employees. created a key persons package with group disability and key man insurance. He told us that we could add a profit sharing plan for key employees. Currently working on estate and legacy planning. Helping us with a credit shelter trust and a foundation

Yes. It's a customized approach. They will meet you virtually or come into the office. Very busy around Open enrollment but are good with communication and scheduling convenient times
