For over fifteen years, Martine has been developing tools to foster collaborative innovation and individual involvement in the deployment of skills. With natural leadership, she assists business leaders, managers in achieving their business objectives and in updating management and relationship management development plans.

She is president of Émergence leadership inc., A change management company that offers interactive coaching in business on collective intelligence, emotional intelligence, the manager-coach approach, the systemic of change, the synergy of change. team and the creative approach of U.

In 2017, she created the Circles of Innovation and Excellence in Leadership (CIEL). This collaborative, dynamic, self-help learning journey invites entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals to share their experiences and come up with innovative solutions together. Offered in partnership with the Government of Quebec, this program offers concrete tools to help leaders thrive and develop their talents.

With more than 5,500 hours of team coaching in the corporate and individual sectors, and as MCC, Martine Beaulieu oversees coaches in the certification process and is a member of the selection committee of the ICF competition, "Prisme d 'Excellence 2018'.
