Emerald were engaged during a period of high volume recruitment across multiple roles in the sales organisation, across EMEA. They were tasked with providing a steady stream of high quality, prequalified candidates across those roles.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Emerald were able to deliver above target both in volume and quality across the board. They were able to pivot quickly to match our changing demand, whether that be a role, skill set, or location.

Emerald kept a clear and transparant communication open throughout. Timelines and deliverables were communicated clearly and in a timely manner, and any challenges were articulated clearly at the earliest opportunity.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We considered multiple firms, but we could feel the energy put into the customer experience at Emerald and decided it was the best fit for our needs.

They set up PEO's for our associates where we did not have legal entities in multiple countries and were fantastic at helping us to source and recruit Sales leaders for our organization.

I have worked with 4 so far including one of the co-owners Adam.

Emerald goes above and beyond the call of duty to support their clients. We were able to PEO, got great feedback from the associates who were PEO'd and have upgraded the talent in our organization through their recruitment services.

They are extremely responsive, understand the business and take out the time to meet face to face with potential candidates before passing them along to us
