With production experience since 2015, EmboroStitch is a US-based patch company in Houston, TX, with our own production houses in Karachi and Sialkot, Pakistan. Because we run our own production, you deal directly with the team that stitches, weaves and molds your patches. Our aim is simple: real craft, clear prices and small orders made easy, starting at just 10 pieces.

Commonly Asked Questions

Orders start at just 10 pieces per design. The per-piece price drops at 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 pieces.

Standard production is 7–14 business days after you approve your mockup. Rush production is 3–5 business days for a rush fee. Shipping time is added after production. Digitizing files are delivered within 24 hours, or 2–4 hours with rush.

Yes. Every patch order includes a Free Digital Mockup Before Production showing size, colors, backing and border, with minor revisions included. We start production only after you approve it.

We ship to all 50 US states with tracking. Shipping is charged separately and shown on your quote before you pay.

Embroidery digitizing files come in DST, PES, EXP and more, from $13.50 per design. Vector art is delivered as clean, scalable, fully editable files: Simple $13, Standard $25.50, Complex $45.50.
