Email Donut manages my entire email marketing process each month, taking care of everything from strategy and design to copywriting and campaign setup. They develop a clear plan tailored to my goals, create engaging designs and copy that reflect my brand, and then build each campaign directly in my Klaviyo account so it’s ready to be sent to my subscribers. Their end-to-end approach streamlines my email marketing efforts and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for my audience.

I measure success primarily through open rates, click-through rates, deliverability, and the revenue each email generates. With Email Donut’s support, I’ve seen steady improvements in each of these metrics. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have an excellent strategy, great insights, and excellent email creation. For me though, one of the most unique things is their  integrity. I have worked with email agencies in the past, and they have misattributed subscription and repeat sales as email sales, overstating email revenue. The first thing email donut did was to fix this and I have complete trust in my numbers now.
