On top of that, the check-in call was great to go over any additional questions or updates made post-audit. What we really appreciated was EB going above and beyond in providing feedback and advice as well as additional suggestions beyond the 1-hour post audit calls. All of this combined made for a great relationship and we hope to use them again in the future.

I’m the president of Pilates Teck. We’re an educational company for continuing education to instructors, physical therapists, medical doctors, chiropractors, and so on. We build our service around scoliosis-specific exercises to help clients and patients with scoliosis.

What challenge were you trying to address with Email Broadcast?
I ran out of time to do my own email marketing. Moreover, I wasn’t doing a great job — it wasn’t consistent, and the quality wasn’t great. However, I knew I needed to send emails.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Email Broadcast does email marketing for us. As part of that, they’ve got links on the website to collect emails.
Initially, I reached out to them, and they were thorough on their intake. We did a one-hour discovery meeting where they dived into my business to determine if we were a company that they could help. When we started working with them, they also did a revision and gave me an architecture plan to follow for the home page. We improved the home page’s look and message, but they’ve focused on email marketing since then.
What is the team composition?
I primarily work with Melissa (Team Lead & Account Coordinator). She’s our monthly contact for the email.
How did you come to work with Email Broadcast?
I was using MailChimp, and I found them on the section of the recommended professionals.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve probably invested $36,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2020, and our relationship is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When we first started working together, my biggest concern was to get back the money I was investing. Unfortunately, we’re still working on making that happen. However, my time has freed up, which is a big help. Also, the forward-facing picture of the business has improved.
How did Email Broadcast perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is excellent. In the beginning, they communicated extremely well to get the message across, were precise on what they’d do and how they’d do it, and followed through on everything. Moreover, Email Broadcast has been very reliable. Many email marketing companies are out there, but they don’t work out. However, Email Broadcast is excellent at what they do.
We use Basecamp as a project management tool and communicate through email and Google Meets.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They dig deep to understand my business and what we’re trying to create.

I’d love to see more ROI on my end, but I’m not sure that’s their fault.
