Our desktop and mobile interfaces were revamped by Elite Writers Hub with an emphasis on improving visual narrative, brand emotion, and user flow. User path mapping, high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, interactive elements, and accessibility improvements were among the deliverables; each was customized to represent our product and our goal.

Following the implementation of the new UI/UX design, we saw an almost 30% decrease in bounce rates, a considerable increase in engagement metrics, and direct consumer feedback complimenting the visual style and easy navigation. More significantly, users were devoting more time to our cause.

The only thing we would really like to see more of is continuous ideation meetings, even after the debut. They should be in the room with us as we develop because their inventiveness generated so many ideas.
