Secure and publish 10 supporting articles on reliable, well-known media outlets (they claimed these would include reputable US magazines and online publications).
Use these publications as citations and references for the Wikipedia page.
Handle the submission and approval process on Wikipedia until the article was live and stable.

They quoted a total cost of $10,000 USD for the entire package, with delivery expected within a few weeks.

In reality, the “published” articles appeared on obscure, SEO-type websites — not the promised outlets — and were written as promotional content, not neutral reporting. When the Wikipedia article went live, it was flagged for unreliable sources (classified as SEO farms), making the page noncompliant and effectively useless.

After this, communication from Elite Wiki Writing stopped entirely — no follow-up, no corrections, no response.

Unfortunately, there were no measurable positive outcomes from this project.

The deliverables provided by Elite Wiki Writing did not meet the stated objectives or industry standards. While the company did provide links to published articles, these:

Were not published on the reputable media outlets originally promised.
Appeared instead on low-quality SEO or PR sites, many of which were later flagged as link farms.
Contained promotional content rather than neutral, third-party coverage suitable for Wikipedia citations.

As a result, when the Wikipedia article went live, it was immediately flagged for unreliable sources and effectively rejected by the community.

The project produced no lasting results — the Wikipedia page was removed/flagged, and the published links hold no editorial or SEO value. The company also ceased communication after payment, offering no corrections or remediation.

The promised deliverables (Wikipedia article and 10 supporting publications) were delayed and not delivered as described. The links to “published” articles came much later than expected, and none matched the media outlets listed in their proposal.

When we raised concerns about the quality and legitimacy of these publications, the company’s responses became defensive and dismissive. After the Wikipedia page was flagged for unreliable sources, they stopped replying altogether — no follow-up, no support, and no attempt to correct the issue.

In short, project management lacked transparency, accountability, and professionalism from start to finish.

Honestly, there was nothing genuinely impressive or unique about Elite Wiki Writing’s service once we began working with them.

At first, they presented themselves very convincingly — their website looked professional, and their sales pitch sounded knowledgeable about Wikipedia standards and digital publishing. They were also very quick to respond before payment, which initially gave the impression of a well-organized, experienced team.

Unfortunately, that early professionalism turned out to be only surface-level. Once the project began, the communication quality, transparency, and integrity did not match what was promised. The entire experience felt like a highly polished front for a misleading service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elite Wiki Publishers could have done differently?

Elite Wiki Writing could have improved in almost every key area of service delivery.

First, they should have been honest and transparent about where the supporting articles would actually be published. Instead of promising well-known media outlets, they should have disclosed that the publications were third-party promotional or SEO sites.

Second, they needed to provide real project management and communication — with clear timelines, approval steps, and accountability. Once issues arose, they should have engaged in problem-solving rather than disappearing.

Finally, they could have focused on quality and compliance with Wikipedia’s actual sourcing standards, rather than trying to force content through unreliable citations.

In short, if the company had been truthful about their process, communicated openly, and delivered verifiable results, this could have been a completely different — and positive — experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We hired Elite Wiki Publishers, to create a corporate Wikipedia page for our company. They presented themselves as experts and offered a "100% publication and satisfaction guarantee."

The total project fee was $3,100 USD.

Initially, they conducted a "Notability Assessment" and had us purchase external articles, arguing that it would guarantee the page gets published. After months, they submitted our page twice. Both attempts were rejected by Wikipedia because Elite Wiki Publishers used unreliable sources (like Medium) that do not meet notability standards.

We have been requesting a refund based on their "100% guarantee". They are arguing that what they delivered meets their "100% guarantee" claim and will not reimburse or further work on the project unless we cough up more money.

After investigating, it's clear this is not a legitimate business. It appears to be part of a broader network of fake "wiki" companies (including Elite Wiki Writers.com and Wiki Creation Inc) that use a payment processor called Globix LLC

They took our payment, failed to deliver the service, all the while arguing that they did and asking for more money.

No, they don't live up to their sales promise (100% publication guaranteed within 3 months). Now it's over a year and demand more money.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They delivered nothing and ghosted us. The whole playbook is obvious:  False Promise: "We guarantee you a Wikipedia page."  Take Money: Get the payment (in our case, $3,100 via Globix LLC).  String-Along: Go through the motions, submit a page they know will be rejected.  Blame: Blame Wikipedia's rules when you ask for the "guaranteed" refund.  Rebrand: Relaunch under a new name and repeat.

Don't ever hire a company that "guarantees" a Wikipedia page. Anyone claiming to have "special access" or offering a "guarantee" is a scammer. Period. Hope this saves someone else $3k.
