Élever professional was launched on principals that have always separated good and great recruiting firms- meticulous attention to detail, hard work, diligence, and developing real relationships with candidates and client partners. We wanted to draw on these principals; but the goal was not to carbon-copy the staffing industry's age-old sales & recruiting habits. Rather, we set out to build a search program that was nimble, smart, and tailored for start-up & rapid growth companies who love technology, have an appetite for data, and could use a partner in talent expansion.
