What challenge were you trying to address with Eleven Interiors?

We hired Eleven Interiors to provide us with interior design services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Eleven Interiors after seeing their interior design work on the condo that we bought. We contacted them to do some additional work for us after we moved into the condo.

We started the engagement by describing what we wanted in an introductory meeting. After that, they provided us with a proposal, and we did some back and forth to fine-tune it. We also provided them with some guidelines about everything they needed to architecturally connect to the existing space.

We’re so happy with the results of this project that we engaged them again on another project for our second home. We also continue to use them for smaller things here and there.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 3–4 people from Eleven Interiors, including Michael (Lead Designer).

How did you come to work with Eleven Interiors?

We bought a condo, and we admired the design work that had been done on the plate, so we asked the realtor who the designer was. We checked Eleven Interiors’ website, and we were really impressed with their previous works. Michael (Lead Designer) was also very pleasant to work with and communicate with.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent somewhere between $200,000–$1,000,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Eleven Interiors was able to complete everything we asked them to while remaining under budget. The work that they’ve done for us was excellent — we really liked the final result. They managed to turn a house into a home and made it warm, inviting, interesting, and contemporary.

How did Eleven Interiors perform from a project management standpoint?

Eleven Interiors’ project management skills are spectacular. They keep us in the loop at all times, and they always respect our timelines. They’re also very responsive, honest, and upfront about everything. Aside from that, we’ve never had any budget issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Eleven Interiors is a team of really good listeners. They’ve listened carefully to what we wanted and made it even better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to be as open as possible and to give them more information that you think they need.
