I’m the founder of PillTyme, a technology company involved in medication management.

What challenge were you trying to address with Elevate Creative Agency?

We needed a partner to help create our brand, define our marketing strategy, and implement our marketing campaign. We also wanted them to be able to do web development and write copy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elevate Creative Agency has been involved with our company since its conception. They participate in most of our strategic meetings and provide direction for our marketing materials. They’re also currently developing some of the functionality and graphics for our website. We haven’t gone live yet since we’re still beta testing.

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with Elevate Creative Agency’s owner, who has a team of designers and copywriters.

How did you come to work with Elevate Creative Agency?

I met the owner through some mutual friends, and we decided to meet up. We’d hired a marketing director, but it wasn’t working out, so we switched over to Elevate Creative Agency. They seemed quicker, more efficient, and more cost-effective.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together for the past 6­–8 months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m highly pleased with the initial corporate branding that we created. Everyone who’s seen it has loved it, as well.

How did Elevate Creative Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

When we first started, we frequently met face-to-face. Now that the project is rolling along, we have regular remote meetings. We mainly communicate via phone and Webex. They consistently hit deadlines and communicate well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I don’t have to spend much time overseeing their work, but it’s always on time and more than satisfactory. They do high-quality work and get things done quickly.
