 • Simultaneously building the team and developing the internal product.

Results:

• Achieved the goal in 8 months, exceeding expectations by growing the team to 100 employees instead of the planned 70.
•  Successfully built Android and iOS mobile development teams.
•  Formed backend and frontend development teams for the internal product.
•  Provided technical expertise that accelerated the development and launch of the internal product.
•  The holding company began operating successfully, equipped with all necessary resources for business scaling.

We had a Head of Recruiting from the agency - he was the one who participated and was involved in discussing the company's goals, where we were going, how and what we needed for this. He selected a team (from the agency) and set up a process to achieve the goals.
All metrics and results were discussed with him, he was involved as a member of our team - which was quite convenient for us. We did not worry and did not waste time on managing the recruiting team, we discussed goals and achievements.

Reports were formed according to our needs, on time according to our plan.

Adaptive, this is important. After all, in our field everything is changing, priorities often change, sometimes even goals. Since the rapid development in projects - it was a real game of survival and it is great when you have a partner you can rely on. We didn't encounter any feedback like "it's not possible" or "there are no people in the market." It was real engagement, adaptability, and understanding of business needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Readiness for change, adaptability, involvement as if we were on the same team. Also, knowledge of the market and niche, of course, this is their specificity, but it is good that this knowledge is not just words, but really strong expertise that is manifested in work. It is also worth noting the systematicity and structured approach, where there is no chaos.

This experience with the agency turned out to be really successful for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elevate Core could have done differently?

The only suggestion I can make is to expand the team in countries like Denmark and Luxembourg. We are planning to enter these markets and would like to involve them in the new project.
