• a fully functional coaching platform that meets the specific needs of our business 
• our employees have 1on1 sessions on a monthly basis.
• high-quality coaching content. Besides coaching sessions this includes training materials, and other resources that can be accessed through the platform.
• analytics and reporting features that provide insights into the effectiveness of coaching.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Coaching helped our team understand development points, in order to progress. My team and I improved our performance at work. Now we are approaching work in a more structured and methodical way. At least 85% of employees report improvement in their professional goals and an increase in confidence and self-awareness after the coaching sessions. 

As a manager (and a person who also has 1on1 coaching sessions from Elatra) I see improvement in time management and organizational skills. I also noticed a decrease in stress levels and an increase in overall well-being after the coaching sessions. Our team are fully satisfied with the overall coaching experience and would recommend it to others.

The process of planning, organizing, and overseeing the implementation of the project from start to finish was brilliant. We set goals, created a timeline, identified resources needed, and monitored progress to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Everything has been delivered on time, and the project has met the needs of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elatra could have done differently?

I haven't found it yet. If there were any technical issues with the platform (for example, sending email notifications), everything was solved instantly thanks to technical support.
