What challenge were you trying to address with EL-ITE Consulting?

We were looking for a company that was familiar with our systems and was capable of creating custom work and spearheading the training for our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

EL-ITE Consulting is providing staff augmentation services, and they’re mainly responsible for training and engaging our customers. Their team also does various custom projects.

What is the team composition?

We’re collaborating with two people, including Elizabeth (Owner).

How did you come to work with EL-ITE Consulting?

One of our employees had already worked with EL-ITE Consulting and she recommended the team to us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing relationship started in July 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their knowledge base is incredible; they know our systems very well. Our customers have also left positive feedback about their work.

How did EL-ITE Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on track, making it possible for them to meet our deadlines. We keep in touch through phone calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams. For project management, we’ve been using Trello, but we’ve recently decided to move to Zoho.

What did you find most impressive about them?

EL-ITE Consulting is doing a great job at training our clients. They’re very patient, and they explain things well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to look at getting additional employees.

Be clear with your expectations, and make sure to set deadlines.
