quality and warm to cool lighting options. It helps set a calm ambience to any setting.

HOW

We’ll use a modern, luxury home location to capture multiple use cases with a focus

on hosting and artistic creation.

Eight & Four worked super hard for us to deliver on time and on budget. Nothing was too much trouble, and whilst we had a reasonable schedule there were inevitably a few curve balls that were handled smoothly and with aplomb.

The depth of thinking leading to a creative treatment that is spot on for our target audience, and engaging content that screams high production values. The attention to detail for the on-screen elements is brilliant, from location to talent, lighting to sound design, cinematic framing to flexibility for social cuts. Marvellous!

Full social media strategy for JML with a comprehensive, multi-platform approach focusing on organic and paid social media content. The objective was to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, drive online and in-store sales, and foster community engagement across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. This strategy incorporate content creation, filming, brand design, tone of voice, and influencer management.

Key Deliverables:

1. Content Strategy & Creation:

• Monthly Content Calendar: Develop a content calendar for each platform, with detailed organic and paid posts scheduling.

2. Paid Advertising Strategy:

• Paid Ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram): Development of targeted ad campaigns for product promotions, seasonal offers, and new product launches.
• KPIs: Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, conversion rates, ROAS and CPA

3. Brand Design & Creative Assets:

Improved reach, impressions, engagement, conversion rates, ROAS and CPA from social media activity vs. the in-house work previously done.

deliverables were met on time and often ahead of schedule. At the start of the project, they developed a detailed timeline outlining key milestones for brand discovery, content creation, paid advertising campaigns, and influencer management. Regular check-ins and progress updates ensured that every stage of the process was transparent, allowing us to track progress seamlessly.

Whenever we had specific requests or adjustments, they responded promptly and with flexibility, demonstrating a strong understanding of our brand and objectives. They were proactive in addressing our evolving needs, whether it was a quick turnaround on new creative assets, modifying paid ad targeting based on campaign performance, or pivoting on strategies to match changing business goals.

What stood out most about this Eight&Four was their exceptional creativity and their ability to seamlessly translate our brand vision into a vibrant and engaging social media presence. They had an incredible knack for understanding the nuances of our brand and it's unique products and bringing them to life. Their content was always fresh, on-trend, and perfectly aligned with our identity, whether it was through eye-catching visuals, innovative storytelling, or engaging reactive content.

In addition to their creative strengths, their passion for driving results was impressive. They were extremely motivated, always pushing to exceed KPIs and continually optimising campaigns for better performance. Their strategic thinking was coupled with a personal touch — they were approachable, easy to work with, and took the time to really understand our goals and feedback.

Honestly, I found it difficult to identify any areas where eight&four could have improved. Their work was consistently high-quality, and they delivered on all fronts—from creativity and strategy to responsiveness and results. Overall, their performance was exceptional, and I have no real criticisms.

From conrent ideation to final posting delivery, eight&four was in charge of the end-to-end content production and ampification of two large-scale events happening simulatenously across two different parts of the UK. 
They were a key agency partner that helped us to organize our content calendar, direct talent, edit on-the-spot, and post timely content.
