Global experience marketing agency, EIDETIC Marketing, prepared a ChinaJoy 2019 booth of Bandai Namco’s various IPs and contents that naturally married the Future concept with the stage event. For this year’s stage event, we strove to gracefully merge the inherent atmosphere of Bandai Namco with the concept of this new concept. In addition to this, we ran operations for the console game and mobile game eSports stage that effectively presented Bandai Namco’s IPs like Dragon Ball, One Piece, Gundam, and more.

The VIVO BTL Guideline was created to offer direction as well as creative inspiration, in the planning and activation of VIVO’s BTL events. Tencent Japan holds its roadshow every two years, in the same venue. 2014 was the first occasion of this event, focused on the introduction of Tencent and its capabilities. Since, every other year, Tencent Japan hosts this event to accentuate Tencent's growth and development while offering opportunities for potential partnerships for future prospects and advancements.
Com2uS is a South Korean developer/publisher of mobile and online games. Established in 1998, the company quickly expanded globally, having offices in the US, Korea, Japan and China. Summoners War is one of their many successful games that boasted global popularity. A mobile turn-based strategy multiplayer game, Summoners War has received 90 million downloads worldwide and generated $1.35B in earnings.
Summoners War World Arena was a global eSports competition that was held in multiple countries to determine the best player in the world. Held in 8 cities worldwide, not including online tournaments, the event went through a multitude of rounds that would eventually lead to the championship that would be held in LA. Com2uS needed an agency that would design and manage the preliminaries and finals in Korea.
