EI ADVANTAGE is owned and operated by Janice Gair and Hayley Hesseln.  At EI ADVANTAGE we understand emotional intelligence, coaching and its impact on leadership development.

 We work with organizations delivering large scale projects on leadership development and succession planning using a combination of assessment, executive coaching, and online e-learning workshops.   We also provide monitoring, evaluation and reporting to give you the management information and ROI you need to be successful.  

We work with individuals to enhance their executive presence.  We help our clients focus forward and bring out the inherent brilliance of the people we serve so they can serve themselves and their teams. As their thinking partner, we can guide them to reflect on their engagement style and make those shifts in their presence and behavior so that they can inspire and enlighten others.

Our roster of ICF-accredited professional coaches, bring coaching expertise from a variety of sectors including manufacturing, construction, financial services, public service, not-for-profit, and education.   We offer our services in-person or via technology depending on the needs of our clients.   We offer coaching services in English and French.
