Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a senior content strategist and storyteller for a nonprofit organization. We work with civil society organizations globally to promote transparent, participatory, and accountable public finance systems, aiming to improve governance, service delivery, and poverty reduction.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Edly?

We needed help preserving the courses created by our sister organization that shut down.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Edly helped us with the logistics regarding course editing and export. The team also helped us figure out the next steps and allowed us to pause a course when necessary. Although their role was more focused on advising and support, Edly handled many technical aspects.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Edly.

How did you come to work with Edly?

We found Edly through a referral. We took over their subscription when our sister organization closed down due to a lack of funding.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July 2025–May 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We reached an agreement on how to best move forward with the online courses, with large budget cuts to all nonprofit organizations in mind. As a result, we ended up pausing the courses for now.

How did Edly perform from a project management standpoint?

Edly always got back to us in a timely and efficient manner. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Edly always helped us understand what was possible and come up with alternatives or other solutions.
Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they could have done better.
