Eden Mill Software builds custom applications for small and mid-sized businesses.

We are based in Fallston, Maryland, and work with companies across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

The work comes out of fifteen years of running operations at small companies in manufacturing, tech and professional services. Most software gets built by people who have never had to live with it. Eden Mill changes that.

How we start.

Every engagement begins with a Paper Audit — a sixty-minute call or a visit to your business, walking through how work actually moves, from an order coming in to an invoice going out.

Within five business days you get a ranked written list of the repetitive work, each item with hours per week, dollars per year, and a fixed price to fix it.

Tasks that are not worth automating are marked "leave it alone," in writing. We would rather tell you no than sell you something you do not need.

How we build. Fixed price, agreed before work starts. No hourly billing.

Most builds run two to four weeks, with training and implementation included.

We host, monitor, back up and support what we build for a fixed monthly fee, because unmaintained software stops being useful in about a year.

What we build. Order intake, quoting tools, inventory and job tracking, scheduling and dispatch, reporting, invoicing and billing, connectors and integrations, AI integrations, field and mobile tools, e-commerce, and data migration. We connect to QuickBooks Desktop, Enterprise and Online, plus ERPs, CRMs and shipping carriers.

We work with manufacturers, wholesale distributors, contractors, professional services and field service companies, typically 5-100 employees.

We are not trying to replace your people with software. Efficiency here means giving back the time and money repetitive work consumes, so your team can put both toward the work that actually needs a person.
